Screenwriting Section

The Screenwriting Section of the “Khesht-e Sevom” Festival provides an opportunity to present and showcase works that, through the language of screenplay writing, depict ideas, narratives, and concepts related to the festival’s theme in a cinematic text format. This section encompasses a diverse range of screenplays and is not limited to a specific format or narrative style.

Participants can submit their works to the festival in formats such as short fiction screenplays, documentary screenplays, and feature film screenplays. Submitted screenplays must have a maximum of 50 pages and be written in standard screenplay format.

To submit works, it is essential to observe the specific conditions of this section. Each participant may submit a maximum of 3 works, and for each work, submission of both PDF and Word files is required.

Submitted works will be evaluated according to the criteria and guidelines established for this section after receipt and review.

The first international "Kheshte Sevom" Festival is being organized by the "National Congress of Commanders, Generals, and Two Thousand Martyrs of Bushehr Province," with extensive participation from governmental organizations and institutions, cultural centers, and renowned private companies. This festival has been designed to commemorate "the third defense of the Iranian people against enemy aggression" (referred to as the "Third Sacred Defense" or "Hybrid Warfare").
