The Naqqali Section of the “Khesht-e Sevom” Festival, dedicated to children and adolescents, provides an opportunity to present and perform works that, through the ancient art of Naqqali (traditional Persian dramatic storytelling), narrate ideas and concepts related to the themes of the Sacred Defense for young audiences. This section permits Naqqali in both traditional and dramatic forms and is held in two age groups.
The competition is held in two age groups: 7–12 years and 13–18 years. The Naqqali performance must be related to one of the themes of the Sacred Defense, and the performance time must not exceed 15 minutes.
To submit works, it is essential to observe the specific conditions of this section. Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 works, and submission of the Naqqali script in both PDF and Word formats is required. If the submitted video file size exceeds 20 MB, the work must be uploaded to cloud storage and its link sent.
Submitted works will be evaluated according to the criteria and guidelines established for this section after receipt and review.
