The poster for the first “Third Brick” International Festival was unveiled in Bushehr.

According to the Public Relations office of the National Congress of Commanders, Generals, and 2,000 Martyrs of Bushehr Province, Abdollah Raeisi stated in an interview with reporters on Monday that the poster for the inaugural “Khesht-e Sevom” (The Third Brick) International Festival was unveiled on the sidelines of a meeting held by the Congress’s “Think Tank” (advisory board).

He added that the festival is organized with the aim of elucidating the various dimensions of the Iranian nation’s steadfastness and resistance, while providing a platform for artists and cultural figures to participate across diverse cultural, artistic, and media disciplines.

Raeisi continued: The first “Khesht-e Sevom” International Festival comprises six main categories: Culture (focusing on literature and books); Arts (visual arts, design, and performing arts); Cinema (short films and playwriting); Media (podcasts, social media stories, and AI-generated content); Children and Adolescents (traditional storytelling/recitation, *moshareh*—poetic verse-exchanges—and storytelling); and Humor (caricatures, voice-over/dubbing, and other related fields).

He noted that the themes for this international event include: “The Persian Gulf,” “From the Strait to Tangsir,” “From the [Prophet’s] House to the Shrine,” “Sanctioned Oil Tankers,” “Kharg: Host to the Self-Sacrificing,” “True Promise” (*Va’de-ye Sadegh*), “A Powerful Iran,” “Minab School,” “Asaluyeh: Industry and Resistance,” and “Tehran: The Capital of Steadfastness.”

The secretary of the first “Khesht-e Sevom” International Festival explained that these themes were selected to depict various facets of the Iranian people’s steadfastness and resistance—spanning from the country’s southern regions all the way to the capital. Referring to the submission deadline, Raeisi added that interested individuals have until October 22, 2026 (Mehr 30, 1405), to submit their entries across the various categories to the festival secretariat.

He continued: Details regarding participation requirements, submission formats, and the specific rules for each category are outlined in the dedicated poster for that section. Applicants may visit the festival’s website at www.kheshtesevom.ir to review the terms, register, and submit their work.

Raeisi noted that interested participants can also communicate with the festival secretariat via the messaging apps Eitaa, Rubika, Bale, and Telegram using the handle @Kheshte3Festival.

The first international "Kheshte Sevom" Festival is being organized by the "National Congress of Commanders, Generals, and Two Thousand Martyrs of Bushehr Province," with extensive participation from governmental organizations and institutions, cultural centers, and renowned private companies. This festival has been designed to commemorate "the third defense of the Iranian people against enemy aggression" (referred to as the "Third Sacred Defense" or "Hybrid Warfare").
