The Playwriting Section of the “Khesht-e Sevom” Festival provides an opportunity to present and publish works that, through the language of dramatic writing, depict ideas, narratives, and concepts related to the festival’s theme in the form of performance texts for the stage or public spaces. This section encompasses a diverse range of playwriting formats and is not limited to a specific performance style.
Participants can submit their works to the festival in formats such as stage plays, street plays, and one-act or multi-act plays. The play must have a maximum of 30 pages and be written in standard playwriting format.
To submit works, it is essential to observe the specific conditions of this section. Submission of both PDF and Word files of the play is required, and mentioning the number of characters and a summary of the story on the first page is necessary.
