Short Film Section

The Short Film Section of the “Khesht-e Sevom” Festival provides an opportunity to present and display works that, through the language of moving images and cinematic narrative, depict ideas and concepts related to the festival’s theme. This section encompasses a diverse range of filmmaking approaches and is not limited to a specific genre or method.

Participants can submit their works to the festival in formats such as fiction films, documentaries, animation, and experimental films. The duration of each film must not exceed 15 minutes.

To submit works, it is essential to observe the specific conditions of this section. Submitted films must not have previously won an award in another festival. If the submitted video file size exceeds 20 MB, the work must be uploaded to cloud storage and its link sent.

Submitted works will be evaluated according to the criteria and guidelines established for this section after receipt and review.

The first international "Kheshte Sevom" Festival is being organized by the "National Congress of Commanders, Generals, and Two Thousand Martyrs of Bushehr Province," with extensive participation from governmental organizations and institutions, cultural centers, and renowned private companies. This festival has been designed to commemorate "the third defense of the Iranian people against enemy aggression" (referred to as the "Third Sacred Defense" or "Hybrid Warfare").
