Mosha'ereh Section (Traditional Persian Poetry Recitation Competition)

The Mosha’ereh Section of the “Khesht-e Sevom” Festival, dedicated to children and adolescents, provides an opportunity for enthusiasts who are skilled in poetry and poetic memory to compete in reciting epic poems related to the festival’s theme, in two age groups. This section emphasizes mastery of poetry, correct pronunciation, adherence to meter, and proper and eloquent delivery.

The competition is held in two age groups: 7–12 years and 13–18 years. The poems must be epic in theme, and the first stage of judging will be conducted via telephone.

The main judging criteria include mastery of poetry, correct pronunciation, adherence to meter, appropriate tone, and eloquent delivery. Selected participants from the first stage will be invited to compete in person in the final competition.
